Your email
should include, |
your name,
address and daytime phone numbers. How many fish you would like to
order, and what species. |

| How to pay for
your fish. |
We will answer your email and
advise the total cost of your fish delivered to your door, or to your
nearest airport. You will be advised what reference number to use when
you make your deposit. |

Payment should then be
made by direct deposit to our account. ( Details on
right.) You should then email us to let us know you have made the
payment.

| How will your fish
be delivered |
If the delivery address is within
the overnight coverage of our courier, they will be delivered to your
door. This service is only available to customers in some parts of South
East Queensland.

All other orders will be
delivered to your nearest airport. Please note, we do not deliver to all
airports in Australia. |
| How
much will delivery and packing cost. |
Packing costs vary
depending on the destination and the method of transport. Airlines have
very strict rules regarding the packing of live fish. |
